We are an independent servicer for community bank's regulatory compliance and loan review needs, primarily in the great state of Texas.

Our goal in working with community banks is to help improve their regulatory examination results. Usually this means that client banks outsource their compliance officer position to us. Our responsibility then entails periodic on-site visits to perform compliance testing; policy & procedure reviews; one-on-one training of bank personnel; consultations with bank management; and quarterly written reporting of our findings and recommendations to the bank's directors. Essentially, we perform your compliance officer's duties, provide top-notch service and regulatory results, on a contract basis.

Additionally, client banks utilize our loan review background and services to help ensure improved "Safety and Soundness" regulatory examinations. Examiners encourage community banks to have an independent review performed of their loan portfolio. As former OCC examiners, we provide a thorough evaluation of client bank's larger commercial and commercial real estate loans. These reviews help prepare bank management and lending staff for potential problems and critical issues that may arise during the actual regulatory examination.

The services that we provide can be an important piece of an examiner's assessment of the bank's "risk management" process; and can contribute to improved overall ratings in the bank's compliance, asset quality, management, and overall bank ratings.
